Job summary

Buc-ee's is hiring for Seasonal Deli/Food Service roles in Texas. Earn $25 per hour with seasonal November 1st through January 4th. Training is provided for those new to food service, with opportunities to work across stations including BBQ, baked goods, sandwiches, and more.

Ideal candidates are quick learners who can handle high-volume, fast-paced environments while ensuring safety and quality. Flexible shifts, weekends/holidays, and customer-focused teamwork are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred; kitchen line cook, busser, server or expediter experience a plus.
• Prolonged walking or standing for 8 hours or more.
• Opportunity for advancement is available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery offerings, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other items.
• Follow recipes and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate kiosks and kitchen systems for orders.
• Maintain a clean workstation and assist customers.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Join a rotating schedule including day and night shifts.
