Seasonal hires run November 1 through January 4, with opportunities to learn different kitchens and interact with customers in a high-volume setting. Reliable attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurants is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to train; quick learner for multiple stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery offerings, jerky, BBQ, sandwiches, and other items.
• Follow prescribed recipes and maintain confidentiality of offerings.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean workstation and assist customers promptly.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interact professionally with team members and customers.
