Buc-ee’s, Ltd. is hiring Seasonal Deli/Food Service employees in Texas. The role involves preparing a variety of foods, handling high-volume service, and providing excellent customer care.

Training is provided if you lack prior experience, and you’ll work across multiple stations including bakery, jerky, BBQ, and more. Expected to work a seasonal window from November 1st to January 4th with weekends/holidays and rotating day/night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or retail experience helpful.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Develop culinary skills by prepping bakery items, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other menu items.
• Prepare Bucee’s unique food service offerings to prescribed recipes.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain a clean workstation and quickly execute customer orders.
• Safely use kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, knives and fryers.
• Interact professionally with team members and customers.
• Work weekends and holidays; rotating day/night shifts.
