Job summary

Buc-ee’s Brunswick LLC is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Deli/Food Service workers for a fast-paced environment from November 1 to January 4. You will help prepare a variety of foods, learn Buc-ee’s recipes, and ensure safe handling.

Training is provided for those without experience, with opportunities to develop culinary skills across bakery, jerky, BBQ, and more. We value quick learners who enjoy interacting with customers and teammates, and who can adapt to rotating day and night schedules,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Restaurant or retail experience preferred; kitchen line cook, busser, server, expediter, service staff experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop culinary skills prep bakery offerings, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other items.
Prepare Buc-ee’s food service menu offerings to recipes and maintain confidentiality.
Adhere to all culinary recipes and measurements.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Guarantee safe food handling.
Operate Menu Ordering Kiosks, Kitchen Management System, and transaction devices.
Maintain a clean workstation and quick order execution.
Communicate with store management and co-workers.
Use kitchen equipment safely (mixer, slicers, ovens, knives, fryers).
Interact professionally with team and customers.
Perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed.
Work weekends and holidays; rotating day/night shifts.
