The role focuses on workflow control, productivity tracking, and resolving issues on the floor. You will lead by example, set clear goals, and support daily department duties, including labor allocation, meetings, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC) supply chain processes.
• Available for overtime and flexible schedules.
• Willing to work in multiple departments and buildings as needed.
• Strong commitment to a safe working environment.
• Ability to perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and train associates to perform at their best.
• Set and communicate clear goals for the team.
• Assist in daily departmental duties including labor allocation and meetings.
• Track productivity and quality, report findings, and resolve issues.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned areas.
