Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Team Lead in Litchfield Park, AZ to oversee maintenance events and lead diverse teams across departments. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and reliability of building systems such as conveyors, HVAC, and electrical components.

You will direct tasks, coordinate with 3PLs and vendors, and drive process improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least five years of maintenance experience.
• In-depth understanding of operating schedules for the facility.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules and delegate tasks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly maintenance events for the assigned area.
• Direct tasks from start to finish through cross-department projects and vendors.
• Monitor status of work and address problems.
• Evaluate maintenance processes to improve reliability.
• Assist with training and orientation for new team members.
• Plan work priorities with maintenance manager and secure supplies.
• Collaborate with engineering/project management to ensure reliability of equipment.
• Determine best use of labor hours and approve vendors/contractors.
• Perform QA audits and ensure tools are ready for each job.
• Develop BOM for CMMS planning system and ensure materials ready.
