Job Description

Provides technical and sales support to consumers, dealers, and sales representatives to ensure efficient and accurate service related to our products, software, features, and functions.

1. Post-sale support: Assists consumers and retail partners with troubleshooting, installation, repair advice, and directs them to qualified repair facilities. Manages orders for replacement parts, finished products, repair authorizations, and facilitates returns during or after the warranty period. Documents interactions to improve process and product quality.
2. Customer inquiries: Responds to questions, resolves routine issues, and educates customers about company products via phone, email, or other methods. Records inquiries, issues, resolutions, and education provided.
3. Pre-sale support: Assists consumers and retail partners with product selection, installation, promotions, availability, pricing, and purchase locations. Documents interactions to support continuous improvement.
4. Reporting: Executes routine reports and creates support reports independently. Supports a defined range of product families and monitors personal performance metrics to meet department KPIs, aiming for continuous improvement.
5. Returns and repairs: Issues return and repair authorizations as needed.
6. Additional duties: Performs other assigned tasks.
