Job summary

Rally House in the United States is seeking a Customer Service and Support Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and store teams. You will handle chats and calls, assist with order processing, and resolve shipping issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, retail or call center experience, and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, store or call center.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and possibly evenings.
• Proficient in order processing including pickup and shipping options.

Responsibilities

• Answer chats and calls from customers.
• Be the first point of contact and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Research and resolve order or shipping issues.
• Assist store employees with product and order inquiries.
• Train new hires on store support functions when required.
