Qualifications

• Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers across phone, email, and live chat.
• Draft, cancel, and adjust online orders; relay accurate product and delivery timelines.
• Track multiple customer issues and follow through to completion.
