Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit in Cedar Falls, IA seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers and teammates. This is a 20-hour-per-week role during the busy season (October–April) with flexibility between 8:00 and 16:30, Monday–Friday.

You will handle phones, greet walk-in customers, perform basic transactions, scan/index documents, restock supplies, assist with meetings, and manage mail distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Phones: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
• Walk-in Traffic: Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Basic Transactions: Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Order and Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.
• Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
• Mail/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.
