Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Exit Booth Agent at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility in Hanover, MD. You will greet customers, process returns, review charges, and provide directions to the airport terminal while maintaining professional service for all guests.

The position runs 6:00am–3:30pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm, Friday–Tuesday and Sunday–Thursday with time off on Wednesdays and Thursdays; includes a $1.00 shift differential for hours 10PM–7AM and up to $1,000 monthly in performance

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot using approved dialogue.
• Check for personal belongings and document items found for lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts to customers.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Exit Booth Agent. The Exit Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.

This is a seasonal position. This position can not exceed 6 months.

Pay: The starting compensation for this job is $18 / hr. Employees can earn up to $1000 per month in performance bonus for service and sales.

• Any hours worked between 10PM-7AM are eligible for $1.00 shift differential.

Schedule:

• 6:00am - 3:30pm Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday/Thursday Off)
• 3:00pm - 11:30pm Sunday - Thursday (Friday/Saturday Off)

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings. Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found.
• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report.
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service experiencein the last 5 years, preferably in a retail or restaurant setting
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI's or DWI's on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the shift/schedules:
