Enterprise Holdings' National/Alamo brand is hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Agent at the Orlando Airport (32827). The role pays $16.00 per hour, rising to $16.50 after 4pm, and runs up to 180 days with a consistent 3-day 8-hour shifts (two weekend days).

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying rentals, processing returns, and delivering friendly, accurate service while promoting car rental options. Start dates in November, December or January.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Willing to accept seasonal employment up to 180 days.
• Available to work a consistent 3-day (8 hour) work week including two weekend days.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and read/write English.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.

• This pay for this position starts at $16.00 / hr ($16.50 / hour after 4pm).
• This position is a SEASONAL position. This position will be temporary, up to 180 days of employment.

Seasonal Commitment:

• Must be able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule. Start dates will be available in November, December and January.
• Minimum expectations of availability would be THREE (8 hour) shifts per week. Two of the scheduled days must be on a weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer’s needs and requests, by brand. In some locations, which offer both brands, this job responsibility requires keen understanding of the differences between products and services offered by both.
• Identifies and attends to the customer by name, verifies rental agreement and reservation.
• Ensures a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes.
• Works on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
• Makes eye contact and greets all customers; thanks each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.
• Provides all customers with undivided attention while assisting them.
• Prepares all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
• Offers all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
• Reviews rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
• Ensures that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
• Reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions.
• A minimumof basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be willing to accept seasonal employment, up to 180 days
• Must not have held seasonal employment with Enterprise or its affiliates within the last 4 months
• Must be willing and able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must be willing to work at the Orlando Airport (zip code 32827)
• Must be willing to accept the starting pay of $16.00/hour ($16.50/hour after 4pm)
• Apart from religious observation, interested candidates must be willing to work a consistent three day (8 hour shifts) work week. Two of the scheduled days must be on a weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
