Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for weekends and evenings in Caledonia, MI. This seasonal role involves handling deliveries, stocking vending machines, and maintaining clean, functioning equipment at client locations.

You will interact with customers in a friendly manner, perform basic calculations, and support inventory control while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Training is provided and meals are part of the perk.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and inventory control.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant in Caledonia, MI for weekends and evenings. This is a seasonal position only.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
