Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and hardworking Customer Service Attendant for weekends and evenings in Caledonia, MI. This seasonal position supports our dining and micro market locations with a focus on hospitality and accuracy in cash handling and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery of items to client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering and control of inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by eye contact and smiling.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant in Caledonia, MI for weekends and evenings. This is a seasonal position only.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
