Job summary

English Gardens is seeking seasonal Customer Loading Assistants in West Bloomfield, MI to join our busy retail team. The role centers on loading customer vehicles after purchases, maintaining the outdoor Nursery lot presentation, and delivering friendly service.

You may also stock shelves, unload deliveries, and assist customers with questions while staying flexible for weekend shifts. A Chauffeurs Permit to support deliveries is ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multi-task across tasks in-store and outdoor Nursery lot.
• Willing to obtain Chauffeurs Permit and perform deliveries if needed.
• Stand/walk 8 hours per day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend availability and ability to pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Load customer vehicles after purchases.
• Stock shelves and benches with product.
• Unload deliveries and retrieve carts from parking lots.
• Maintain product presentation and customer service in the outdoor nursery lot.
• Assist customers with questions and maintain a clean work environment.
