Home Care Delivered, Inc. is seeking a Customer Intake Representative I for a seasonal part-time role in Norwood, MA. The role involves managing new customer orders, gathering medical and insurance documentation, and coordinating initial shipments of medical supplies.

Strong communication with healthcare professionals is essential to build relationships and referrals. The position requires a high school diploma, call center experience, and MS Office knowledge; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Call Center experience is required, preferably in a customer service role.
• Medical experience is helpful (medical office, CNA, etc.).
• MS Office knowledge is required.
• Preference given to bilingual candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and follow up on new customer orders from intake to shipping.
• Create, fax, mail, and track necessary medical and/or insurance documentation.
• Coordinate initial shipment of medical supplies to new customers.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to build relationships and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
