Job summary

Carter's Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Rosemont, IL to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and executing POS transactions in a fast-paced store environment. Availability for days, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting omnichannel shopping as needed.
• Execute and expedite point of sale / register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
