Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to warmly welcome customers and assist with product knowledge across our baby and children’s lines. You will help customers find items, process sales, and support online and in-store shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
