Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and families in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and features.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process POS/register transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and low-loss store environment.
