Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build customer relationships.
• Become an expert on product categories and communicate features/benefits.
• Maintain and achieve goals like UPT, ADT, add-ons and data capture.
• Keep up-to-date with promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and ensure accurate cash handling at POS.
