You will become a product expert, support visual merchandising, and help drive key metrics at the point of sale. This role emphasizes teamwork, attendance and compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales setup, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash/media at POS registers.
