Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 6 months of prior customer service or retail experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Seasonal position through Oct 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle options.
• Suggest upgrades, protection products, and other services as appropriate.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Return inspections and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
