Job summary

Stio is seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives to deliver outstanding service via phone and email, with strong product knowledge. Remote work or office-based options are available; near Mountain Studio locations is preferred. You will collaborate daily with distribution centers and customers who value your enthusiasm and answers.

The role reports to Customer Experience Shift Managers; the team thrives on a positive attitude, teamwork, and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office helpful.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily via phone, email and chat with customers and coworkers.
• Actively manage the customer support conversation queue.
• Effectively answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and within KPIs.
• Understand and articulate Stio product information and processes with ease.
• Uphold agent performance standards in Gladly accordingly.
