The position pays $18/hour with schedules including 7am–3:30pm, 8:30am–5pm, and holiday/weekend coverage. Bilingual Spanish and English are nice to have.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred, but not required).
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work the specified shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Spanish-English bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
