You’ll handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store, resolve customer questions, assist with omnichannel options, process transactions at the register, keep shelves stocked, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all shoppers.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel experiences to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
