Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in retail.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales and complete POS transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
