As a Retail Associate, you will warmly greet customers, explain product benefits, and help maintain a clean, safe store while driving sales and loyalty program participation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed; standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
