Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into and deemed competent to work independently.
Under the direction of the designated section leader, leads or performs Computed Tomography Imaging according to protocols established for various age groups of patients, requiring minimal supervision. In addition to CT, the candidate must also perform x-ray. Responsibilities include:
Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
One (1) year of progressive responsibility within a CT diagnostic imaging department. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) as a Radiation Therapist (RT), Nuclear Medicine (NM), or Radiography (R). American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification. CT Registry required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
