Perennial on Lockwood is hiring servers to join a fast-paced team in Webster Groves. You’ll warmly welcome guests, guide them through seasonal dishes and beer pairings, and deliver attentive service on the patio and dining room.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, provide attentive service, and create a positive dining experience from start to finish.
• Clearly communicate daily menu changes, brewing highlights, and seasonal specialties.
• Recommend and sell craft beers; maintain up-to-date knowledge of beer varieties, flavor profiles, and possible food pairings.
• Support the entire service team by assisting with side-work, running food, and ensuring the dining room and patio are presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with our kitchen and brewery teams to stay informed about ingredient sourcing, beer releases, and special events.
• Uphold Perennial’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism in a high-volume setting.
