Job summary

Perennial on Lockwood, part of O+O Hospitality Group in Webster Groves, MO, is seeking a friendly Server to welcome guests and guide them through seasonal dishes and craft beers. You’ll collaborate with kitchen and bar staff in a fast-paced setting, delivering attentive service, upselling beers, and ensuring a welcoming patio experience during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, provide attentive service, and create a positive dining experience from start to finish.
• Clearly communicate daily menu changes, brewing highlights, and seasonal specialties.
• Recommend and sell craft beers; maintain an up-to-date knowledge of beer varieties, flavor profiles, and possible food pairings.
• Support the entire service team by assisting with side-work, running food, and ensuring the dining room and patio are presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with our kitchen and brewery teams to stay informed about ingredient sourcing, beer releases, and special events.
• Uphold Perennial’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism in a high-volume setting.
