Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a courier to handle courteous pick-up and delivery on an assigned route, with emphasis on accurate shipment handling and customer service. The role is temporary and can extend up to 12 weeks based on business needs.

You will adhere to safety and operational procedures, use tracking systems, and may assist with loading, unloading, and sorting as workload dictates. Bilingual ability for Quebec is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service.
• Maintain safe delivery, accurate stop counts, and proper labeling and paperwork.
• Operate tracking/dispatch systems and report customer questions and service changes.
• May perform loading/unloading and sorting as workload dictates.
