Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a temporary courier to provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. You will check shipments for conformance to service standards and represent the company professionally.

High School Diploma or GED required; no experience needed, but Customer Service is preferred. Seasonal shifts include Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Sun-Thu, with a wage of $23.28/hr. Bilingual ability may be required in Quebec; up to 12 weeks based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Customer Service – 1 year (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (as per policy)
• Flexibility with shifts and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pickup and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and ensure proper labeling and paperwork.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems to input correct information.
