The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Seasonal, Part-Time Cook to join our Six|Seven Restaurant team in Seattle. You will prepare and execute lounge menu items and seasonal seafood/meats per recipes, maintaining plating standards and flavor within ticket times.

Qualifications

• Breakfast experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Must work well in a team with a passion for learning.
• Experience in fine dining atmosphere and high volume required.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation rules.
• Strong knife skills.
• A culinary graduate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Six|Seven lounge menu items.
• Cook seasonal seafood and meats per recipes.
• Grill, broil, sauté, soups, salads, vinaigrette.
• Maintain plating standards and flavor profiles within ticket times.
