Candidates should have high-volume restaurant experience, knowledge of wine pairings, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Requires WA MAST permit, 18+, and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years high volume restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Luxury dining experience preferred.
• General knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
• Working knowledge of wine and wine-pairings; advanced knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Familiar with all menus including wine and beverage lists.
• Resets dining room according to meal period and table needs.
• Service preparation duties such as stocking, polishing, and coffee brewing.
• Promotes daily/nightly specials and wine pairings to guests.
• Serves food and beverages following proper steps of service.
