Seeking an exciting seasonal opportunity? Join the SimpliSafe Sales Team and help inbound customers find the perfect home security solutions.

  • We're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to convert leads and build relationships as we go into our peak, holiday sales season.
  • Starting pay is $22 per hour.
  • Commission-based incentive plan.
  • Limited paid time off.
  • Plus, remain an employee in good standing for the full commitment of your seasonal role (typically 4-5 months) and receive a $500 bonus at the end of your time. (Must work Black Friday, Cyber Monday, have no performance and/or attendance issues and remain employed through 12/23/25 to be eligible.) Employment is at will and is subject to termination by you or SimpliSafe for any reason or no reason.
  • This opportunity is also fully remote (Potential for conversion to full-time based on performance and full-time position availability).

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers. **Must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for use in conducting a national criminal records search and a Virginia criminal history search and final certification approval from DCJS.**
