Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Construction Project Representative to join our Construction Services team in the Twin Cities Metro. You will review construction activities for compliance with plans, prepare daily reports, and support project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's level knowledge not required but preferred: understanding of engineering concepts.
Strong communication and coordination with clients, contractors, and engineers.
Experience or familiarity with MnDOT specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as construction project representative for projects with above-average complexity.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of construction activities.
Coordinate daily with clients, contractors, and engineers on site.
Perform or coordinate construction material testing procedures and interpret results.
Measure construction work products for quantities, payment, and drawings.
Schedule site surveying and review staking against project plans.
Provide technical advice on modifications and repairs.
Inspect sites and evaluate contractor conformance with plans.
