Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a seasonal Construction Manager based in the Hays, KS area to oversee and monitor construction activities within a dynamic engineering consulting team. You will manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong project management and field oversight skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience reading complex drawing packages

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication, organization and documentation.
• Knowledge/experience of electric transmission and distribution, and/or substations.
• Ability to read and redline drawing packages including civil, structural, process, and electrical.
• Strong project management and field oversight skills.
