Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a seasonal Construction Manager based in the Hays, KS area. The role focuses on overseeing construction activities, managing timelines, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office proficiency, project management experience, and a good understanding of electric transmission, distribution, or substations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong project management and field oversight skills.
• Ability to read and redline civil, structural, process, and electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
• Knowledge/experience of electric transmission and distribution, and/or substations.

We have a current need for a seasonal Construction Manager based in the Hays, KS area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor construction activities


• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables


• Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders


• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards


• Provide technical guidance and leadership


• Support project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Effective communication, organization, and documentation


• Knowledge/experience of electric transmission and distribution, and or substations.


• Ability to read and redline drawing packages including civil, structural, process, and electrical


• Proficient in the following: MS Office (Outlook, excel, word, etc).


• Strong project management and field oversight skills

Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $40.00 and $55.00 hourly and is a non-exempt position.
