Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Seasonal Cold Weather Case Manager to support Coordinated Entry for social services in Colorado. You will handle information, intake assessment, and emergency casework via phone, email, video, and in person.

The role expands shelter access during severe weather events and may require additional hours and staff coverage. Responsibilities include triage, vouchers, and rapid resolution services, plus HMIS data entry and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Two years' experience in providing casework services.
• Experience with diverse backgrounds and educational levels.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of integrated database applications.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, provide information and rapid resolution via phone or in person.
• Enroll families for cold weather vouchers and shelter waitlists.
• Connect clients with partner agencies as needed.
• Provide financial assistance when appropriate.
• Document calls in the internal database accurately.
• Record and track assistance in HMIS per HUD standards.
