The Adolphus in Dallas is seeking a seasonal Cocktail Server for The French Room. You will greet guests, take orders, and craft classic and craft cocktails with precision and warm hospitality. This role emphasizes menu knowledge, guest rapport, and awesome service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

Knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership.
Offer informed suggestions for guests.
Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to carry food and drink trays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and take beverage orders for The French Room.
Mix, garnish and serve cocktails to The Adolphus standards of quality and hospitality.
Maintain knowledge of seasonal offerings and be able to recommend pairings.
