Crafto Co. Social House in Michigan seeks an energetic Server to welcome guests, guide them through our craft cocktail program, and deliver hospitality that matches our passion for spirits and cuisine.

You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, share knowledge of our spirits, make recommendations, keep the bar and dining areas clean, and work with the team to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with bar and table service duties.
• Excellent communication and attention to guest hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Provide table service, take orders, delivering food and drinks.
• Share knowledgeable recommendations about our spirits and menu.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with related teams to ensure seamless service.
• Process payments accurately with POS.
• Uphold a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere.
