CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm serving clients across tax, outsourcing, assurance, digital and more. The Seasonal Client Service Coordinator will support one or more service lines, manage workflow, track deadlines and prepare client documents to keep engagements on schedule.

You’ll collaborate with tax, assurance and outsourcing teams, draft engagement letters, assist with billing and CRM tasks, and help ensure timely delivery of client deliverables during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support team leader in managing one or more services: Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital.
• Process client documents and prepare returns, extensions, and related filings.
• Coordinate engagement letters and client deliverables across services.
• Roll forward binders, prepare audit worksheets, and support internal/ external meetings.
• Assist with drafting monthly bills and CRM tracking for business development.
• Provide back‑up to internal operations teams during peak seasons.
