Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Associate in Humble, TX. If you’re friendly, outgoing and eager to help clients, you’ll join a paid training program and onboarding to learn our processes.

You’ll welcome clients, start the intake, scan documents, perform data entry, schedule appointments, answer phones, and support Tax Pros. Benefits include paid training, hourly pay with bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling, and wellness resources.

Formación

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Fast learners.

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, office or sales experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and create a great first impression.
• Start the client intake process.
• Scan and organize tax documents.
• Perform basic data entry accurately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer phones and follow up with past and potential clients.
• Keep clients informed and engaged during wait times.
• Assist with local marketing efforts.
• Support Tax Pros with day-to-day office needs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
