Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a Client Associate for our Tysons, VA retail store to sustain an outstanding sales and service experience and help drive sales, KPIs and profitability. You will engage with clients, share product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires building relationships, participating in events, and upholding service standards. Minimum 1 year in client services; weekend/evening availability; proficient with Microsoft tools and POS systems.

The Client Associate is responsible for maintaining the in-store sales and service experience and promoting sales culture within the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
