Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to enhance the in-store sales and service experience. You will connect with clients, build a loyal following, and stay knowledgeable about the seasonal apparel line to drive sales.

You will participate in-store events, CRM activations, and promotions while upholding company policies and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store sales and service experience to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat customers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel per season (fit, fabric, use).
• Participate in-store events and CRM activities to drive repeat business.
• Foster a friendly, open environment for in-store guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, front of house and stock.
