Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain in-store sales and service focus to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat clients to drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel each season (fit, fabric, use).
• Participate in-store events, CRM activity, and marketing initiatives.
