Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Model Lindt standards through appearance, upselling, and selling focus.
• Monitor and escalate customer or product issues to management.
