Phillips Chocolates in Dorchester is hiring Sales Associates to drive sales through guest engagement and product knowledge. You will process sales, fulfill orders, and maintain a welcoming shop environment while supporting inventory and store upkeep.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales through guest engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support achievement of shop’s performance targets by adjusting focus and priorities by the Operations Manager.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest’s visit.
• Process sales and fulfill orders in-shop or phone and process payments via our POS system.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving product as well as stocking product.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Are a champion of Phillips Chocolate inside and outside of the shop.
