Responsibilities

• Decorate chocolate molds and fill molds with chocolate and centers.
• Load and unload products from coating equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and appearance.
• Follow production, safety, and food-handling procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Hand-package chocolates, gift boxes, and seasonal products.
• Apply labels, ribbons, bows, and other finishing touches.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
