Job summary

Lake Champlain Chocolates in Williston, VT seeks a Packaging Lead to guide a 2–8 person crew, hit daily goals, and maintain product quality. You will train teammates, monitor packaging lines, and ensure GMP and safety standards are followed in a fast-paced factory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; leadership of at least two people.
• Strong understanding of packaging processes and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate shop floor software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–8 to meet daily packaging goals.
• Ensure quality standards using specification books and samples.
• Train and work with packagers; troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping, GMP and safety; follow policies.
• Operate Easy Label, Shopclock and printers; report issues.
